JN-AN-1135 Smart Energy Solutions
This Application Note introduces a range of NXP solutions for the ZigBee PRO Smart Energy (SE) market. The current Home Area Network (HAN) offering includes the following devices:
- A Low-Cost In-Premise Display (LC-IPD)
- A combined Energy Service Portal (ESP) and Electricity Meter (EM)
The accompanying software uses the ZigBee PRO SE clusters to transfer data between the various devices in the network. These devices were developed using NXP’s ZigBee PRO, JenOS, Smart Energy and JN51xx Integrated Peripheral APIs.
