Management System
Jennic's Management System has been assessed by European Quality Assurance (EQA) to confirm that it meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. Jennic's customer focus and business processes meet all the requirements of this international standard, providing proof of Jennic's consistent level of quality and its commitment to continual improvement of business processes to ensure that we satisfy or exceed stakeholder expectations.
Environmental
Jennic is committed to supporting our customers' environmental initiatives. We ensure our products comply with international laws and customer initiatives for the reduction and elimination of materials that are determined to be hazardous to the environment. Jennic supplies product that is fully compliant with EU RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) Directive 2002/95/EC.
Jennic provides IC products in packages using 100% matte tin (Sn) plating, for forward compatibility with lead-free solders, and backwards compatibility with SnPb solders. In addition to being lead-free, Jennic's IC packages are also Green (halogen free, Sumitomo G700 mould compound).

Product Quality
To ensure the reliability of its semiconductor devices during operation, Jennic performs a range of reliability stress tests as detailed in the JEDEC standard JESD47D.
Jennic qualifies all of its semiconductor devices to ensure that they will sustain a level of electrostatic discharge (ESD). This is assessed against the appropriate JEDEC standards for Human Body Model, Machine Model and Charge Device Model discharges. Jennic also assesses all of its semiconductor devices against JEDEC standard JESD78A to establish their latch-up characteristics.
Regulatory Approvals
As part of our product qualification process, Jennic also ensures that all of its module products meet the appropriate National and International EMC regulations (FCC/ETSI/TELEC). Test reports relating to FCC regulations and the European ETS 300 328 standard are available on request. The Notified Body Statement of Opinion below provides a statement of compliance to ETS 300 328 that can be used when preparing for European CE marking.

Customer Quality
In order to continually improve our products, our product quality, and our product capacity, we periodically makes change to our products and processes. Because these changes may impact device qualification, we provide our customers with Customer Product Change Notifications (PCNs). The PCNs describe, in detail, the changes to our products and processes, the impact of the changes, and they provide a means for customers to approve and comment on proposed changes.
