Jim is the founder and CEO of Jennic, with a background in semiconductor and electronics design, business development and management. Prior to Jennic, he consulted to companies in Cambridge, UK, such as Symbionics, building and leading project teams in new wireless technologies. Earlier experience includes working at Rolls Royce designing electronic instrumentation for aero-engines and as a director of engineering at Simmons Ltd.
Mike is an established senior sales and management executive. Before joining Jennic he was a key member of the team that took fabless semiconductor company Wolfson Microelectronics from a services company through a public offering in 2003. Prior roles include a senior international sales position at GEC Plessey Semiconductor, where he was responsible for all sales activity in the Asia Pacific region.
Tony has experience in several senior semiconductor marketing management and customer support roles. He was previously with ARC International, where he was director of business development and then director of world-wide product marketing. Other experience include a senior marketing role with Fujitsu Microelectronics and world-wide customer design manager support with STMicroelectronics.
Tony joins Jennic as COO and is a highly experienced financial and business operations manager of global semiconductor companies. His most recent role was Senior VP, Worldwide Operations at Zarlink Semiconductor and previously held roles at GEC-Plessey Semiconductors and SGS Thomson. Prior to receiving a Bachelors degree in Economics, Tony gained a Masters degree in Business Administration and is also a Chartered Management Accountant.
Paul’s background in the software and electronics industry and his PhD in electronics has made him a key part of Jennic’s engineering management team. Before joining Jennic he worked for 10 years at Symbionics, developing leading edge technology such as wireless LANs and digital TV. Prior to that he was a lecturer in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electronics at UMIST.
Paul’s experience spans chip design and implementation, extensive project and program management as well as business development. He has a strong track record of driving teams to meet aggressive schedules in the complex mixed signal system-on-chip environment. Previous roles include leadership of engineering teams at Fujitsu Microelectronics and design roles at GPS.
Prior to joining Jennic, Mark has held a variety of senior financial positions at Samsung, APW Inc and Invensys Plc. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has a Bsc. (Hons) in Finance and Accounting.
Mark is a non-executive director and major shareholder in Jennic. His background is from a private entrepreneurial family with notable success in building major capital assets. Marks direct experience is in working in commercial building, retail and technology investments.
